39 Liberals and 3 Conservatives joined NDP, Green and Independent MPs voting for Motion M-86 for a Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform, but it wasn't enough to win.

We need to keep pushing for proportional representation without a referendum as the voters elected the liberals and ndp to make it happen.
