My fail proof trick for this is when you feel you need to cough after a large hit. Hold it for a second, try to breath in as much as you can, take a sip of water and then slowly exhale.
Somehow, if I do that exact routine, I never have to cough
Yeah I think that’s part of the ghosting method. You’re basically absorbing all the smoke at once. It’s pretty awesome if you can master it
