Whenever I see a poll about Russian public opinion, I think about people like this teacher. How can people have truly formed their own opinions when public debate gets your life ruined, or worse?

It’s never good when a government punishes anyone who criticizes it.

Classic right-wing authoritarianism. Suppress news of war crimes and prevent history from being taught.
