iPhone 15 looks to be a pretty great update, at least for the Pro. Personally I have been holding out for a USB C iPhone so I was going to upgrade whenever that happened but there are some other things that look good as well.

I got the battery on my iPhone 8 replaced so I could hold out for 15.
My iPhone 7 could not wait any longer.
