Yeah, found that out the hard way. Not too long ago I was “oh hey, I want to finish watching Westworld” but HBO had taken it down… It’s their own fricking show!
100% agree that if they only exist on streaming that is a danger, just like the ‘Disney Vault’ approach of only selling some movies for limited amounts of time. Sure, someone who already owned it could watch it, but others had no access.
