Hello comrades and welcome to the second improvement megathread of February!
I hope everybody’s month is going great so far.
As usual, some discussion ideas:
- Do you want to share something you’ve done in the previous week? Everything counts, nothing is too small.
- What would you like to do next week?
- Which aspect are you currently focused on improving?
- Do you have any streaks? For example, “sober for one day.” Feel free to post your streak every day in this thread.
- If you don’t have a continuous streak, did you manage to abstain from something for a day or more?
- Did you come across some useful information or resource that might help others?

On the advice of my therapist I’m timing myself doing various household tasks to help out with ADHD time blindness. Hopefully if I have a library of average time it takes to do dishes, laundry, make dinner, take a crap (need to distinguish between with and without Hexbear open) I will have an easier time managing to get these things done.
That’s a great idea, I’m also doing this. It’s easier for me to do a boring household chore if I know it’s only gonna take 20 minutes
