    This one of the weirder communities I’ve ever come across and I’m here for it. As a non-radiologist, can you explain how severe this is? Or is this more of a curiosity?

      It’s pretty severe: very painful, and life-threatening. Basically, a big gallstone has blocked your intestines.

      Radiopaedia article on it. “Due to the demographics of the population affected (elderly), this condition continues to have high mortality (12-30%).”
