San Andreas Mercenaries is out today, and the new update both giveths and takeths…
This is a new low for R*. Many of the removed cars are the “street cars” which could be stolen for free by new players.
Trying to monetize 10yo base game assets… smh
Seriously, this is just silly
Is shitting on your users the new 2023 trend?
The enshitification of everything is underway.
Can you hear the shit birds Randers?
It’s been a thing since preordering digital distributions was a thing.
This is why I play with a mod script to get infinite money.
GTA Online is one of the few online games where it’s morally acceptable to cheat imo.
as long as the person isn’t one of the modders that ruins the experiences of others, I fully agree, the grind is just too much
I only play in private lobbies with my mates anyways so the only experiences being “ruined” is our own lol
I was hoping that near end of the GTA V Online, R* would open things up to be less paywalled. I don’t know why I thought this, but I hoped.
Dang, my thing was basically collecting cars and modifying them, only real reason to still play this. So I very much cars about all cars, even the “crappy” ones.
They could have just made another store to sell all the old stuff. Would still “streamline” things and take nothing away.
They are readding them as limited time FOMO bait.
I wasn’t too annoyed until I saw the bit about some of these cars being available through an ingame catalog that exists solely for subscribers
How about you leave the existing content alone and… develop new content if you need to make your paid content worth its while? Come on, Rockstar.
