I recently had an issue with my Pixel Buds Pro where the case stopped charging. I used them on Friday for work meetings and all was fine. I placed them on a charging pad Saturday morning and went about my day. When I went to use them on Sunday they were not charged, even though I had not drained the battery on Friday.

I contacted google support and they are shipping me a new pair that are due to arrive this week. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t find a diy fix nor what caused it. Hopefully the replacements aren’t a refurbished pair, but I really miss my Pixel Buds.

Anyone else encounter this issue before?
