As usual, some discussion ideas:

  • It’s the first Sunday of the month. Is there something that you wish to accomplish or improve in April?
  • Do you want to share something you’ve done in the previous week? Everything counts, nothing is too small.
  • Do you have any streaks? For example, “sober for one day.” Feel free to post your streak every day in this thread.
  • If you don’t have a continuous streak, did you manage to abstain from something for a day or more?
  • Did you come across some useful information or resource that might help others?

    This past week was stressful but I managed to accomplish my goal, which was to go running on two days. I usually run for around 50 minutes with two short walking breaks in between. I also went hiking today. On average I walked for 8k steps every day this week. Good week for walking bridget-yoyo-walk

    Next week I’m visiting my parents in my hometown so I’m not gonna go running but I would like to go on bike rides and hiking. It would be great if I could do some reading as well. But my main priority is vibing with my cat and dog cuddle
