Day 3, Cat Log:
I have annexed the dwelling and all belongings of the strange bipedal creatures. They did not put up any fight, a wise choice. They even continue to bring me food, perhaps they have determined that I am their god?
Can’t help read that in Ze Frank’s voice.
Dear Diary:
The humans have refused to allow me to exit this house so I can attack the byerbs who taunt me from the tree out front. They mock me. Their slights must not go unpunished.
I will do a ceremonial war piss in the humans clothing pile to get them ready for battle too.
This is wonderful and I thank you for the hearty chuckle!
Wow! I adopted an adult cat and she stayed in hiding for two or three weeks. Now she can’t get enough of us, but she’ll teleport behind furniture at the first sign of a guest coming over.
I think his last house wasn’t a very good environment so when he got to our place he warmed up very quickly.
Cats hiding in new environments is completely normal and expected behavior.
I never said it wasn’t?
Geat to hear! His house now!
Same for our adoption. We were fully prepared for her to prefer her confinement space for a few days, but the next day she was walking around very comfortable.
Try scritches, beware claws
Don’t do it… don’t touch the belly… no matter how enticing… you’re being tested
Lies!.. Make sure you tickle those drum stick toe beans as well!..
*Quietly reaches for the popcorn. “This should be good”
