    I agree completely about journaling, I’ve been journaling daily for years. I would say it’s the most important habit that I ever developed. I also agree that it’s essential for dudes because we are trained to suffer stoically and never talk about our problems, especially concerning emotional and mental health.

    If you’re into podcasts, check out Overdue, it’s a great podcast about books. The hosts are very nice and have good politics.
