And if you do maybe 3 sets of 30 push-ups every 2-3 days for 15 mins, you will have muscular arms at age 50 or more. It’s not even hard once you get used to it. Muscles help burn food as well, so it’s a win win. People think they need to go to the gym. It’s not so at all. Somehow started a calisthenics community on my instance a few days ago.
