Back to the gym, haven’t done bench press in a while but managed 200 lbs so that’s pretty pog. Afterward went for a stroll in the cold 40 something weather. Honestly crushed it today but slipped and ate too many takis. Tomorrow will be better (tomorrow is whenever I wake up)
