what sort of PDFs do you need to read? are they comic books, illustrated magazines, scientific articles? do you need to take hand written notes or do markups?

Was Israel part of the supply Chain, by chance?
Ironic for two reasons,
Strange thing to stomp your feet about, considering those generals went on to have Illustrious careers in the West German military. (Never ask a man his salary, a woman his age, or What the person who your barracks in the Bundeswehr is named after did)
not entirely Hitler-like, considering Hitler hated Hitler’s Generals. “I wish they had all been shot in the 30s like Stalin did”

Djibouti normally sells bases to any country who wants one, but they’ve kept a firm line that they will not recognize Israel until the creation of a Palestinian state. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Djibouti–Palestine_relations
I guess that’s why Somaliland looks like a more promising partner, though they’ve also been lukewarm historically.

South Korea has been freed from all ballistic missile limitation, and has just unveiled an enormous, 3000km, ballistic missile bunker buster, with a claimed penetration ability of 100m. additionally, the US B-21 Stealth Bomber program is progressing at an impressive pace, with basically production ready design and 3 airworthy units under testing, and can be deployed to bases in Japan or South Korea with the US’s newest bunker busters. In China’s Southwest, India also has robust and modern ballistic and cruise missile programs, including hypersonics based on Russian 3M22 Zircon, and has foreign buyers in the Philippines.
so, can someone tell me why is China building it’s cutting edge, extremely massive and utterly immobile particle accelerator lithography machine in Xiong’an New Area instead of Xi’an? okay, the researchers are from Tsinghua University, but you also have 300km/hr trains running back and forth every day.

if anyone is looking for their first E-reader, look for a $30 used one on ebay or someplace. You’re not going to regret it. E-readers are just trying to replicate the features of a book, which is not complicated technology. Everything else manufacturers do to increase the price involves inventing needs. you wont miss a color adjustable backlight, you can read with a light. you don’t need 50gb of storage when a book is 3mb and calibre manages your library. a 600 DPI resolution makes text crisper, but not substantially more readable than 167 DPI, since eInk dots innately have anti-aliasing properties that makes them look higher resolution than the specs suggest. a dictionary pop-up when you highlight words is also extra, but my nook touch had that 10 years ago, and it cost $30 back then too. A lot of people enjoy their E-readers most of all because of their simplicity and separation from other distractions, so it stands to reason, lots of people might be happier with a less featured device.
I was surprised the other day to learn Russia was still in ITER at full capacity and delivering their pledged components. apparently, the biggest disruption has been Russian scientists based in Saint-Paul-lès-Durance having difficulty transferring money home. I’d have thought CERN would be even less contentious. Was this even state pressure, or is it STEM PhD turbo libs outrunning their handlers?
Of course, a 12v incadescent bulb wouldn’t get hot enough. the issue was the Teslas used their graphics card to generate a profoundly beautiful, one of a kind artwork of a flat tire indicator, which can be purchased as an NFT from OpenSea. The bug was merely that the code didn’t throttle the car’s dogecoin miner while it was generating, causing overheat.
