That is very incorrect. Each town has a contracts with a company if it isn’t done by the town itself. Mutual aid is done by town agreements. Everyone has their own sandbox and won’t go unless asked. And where is the BlackBerry design now. The iPhone design isn’t just an “attractive package.” Back then, there were phones with a stylus, clamshells/sliding designs, and full keyboards. Now any modern smartphone is based off the original iPhone design.
