Please get help in having a more positive lookout to life. Be it therapy, a new and (hopefully) fulfilling hobby, philosophy, anything. And, on the other side of the same problem: try getting rid of habits that make you unhappy. Otherwise you are going to spiral downward.
WYM, warned? Warnings are used for bad things.
I want sushi!

Yea, its nice and all, but have you ever got your back scratched?
So the goal is creating a completely destroyed human being. No resocialisation or anything?

It is fantasy but if you like hillarious and (in part) absurd stuff, read anything by Terry Pratchett. I personally would recommend starting with “Guards! Guards!”. Be aware that there are over 30 books by him out there. There are multiple guides on which to read first to get the best start.
Most agree that it is not the best idea to start with the book he wrote first.
NEVER put lemon juice in an omelette. Absolutely disgusting. Once tried it, not following any recipe. Never again.

Nice coincidence. Though it makes sense that someone asking for sad songs might know and like Tenhi. Kuolesi jokeen, Etäisyyksien Taa and Saapuminen are my favourites. Now that I listened some memories arose and now I have to listen to the newer stuff they made. Thanks for reminding me Tenhi exist!
If you don’ t mind not understanding the lyrics, try the album Kauan by the finnish band Tenhi.
While were at finnish bands: some Nightwish songs are really great sad music: Away, Sleeping Sun and Deep Silent Complete come to my mind.
Also have a listen to Songs by John Dowland. Baroque but magnificentky sad if well sung.
To be fair, most things don´t taste that well on their own.
You might want to look at Robin Hobbs’ work.
For smaller smalle text snippets I use QR codes. I use Binary Eye on android, I’m sure there is an open source tool for Windows too. For anything larger, I use syncthing.
