Best way to get a community rolling is to just try to post as much as you can at the beginning and wait, especially as we’re still unbelievably small compared to all of reddit’s nsfw communities lol.
Currently the rules are outlined on the lemmy sidebar. These rules apply to both communities and users. There are no current limits for communities outside of these rules for the moment.
I’m not currently aware of any r4r (well, more like l4l now) communities, but they can fit here if needed. There might be some on lemmy.ml or lemmy.world tho.
You can see content if you view the communities through your instance and you have NSFW enabled. e.g. if you visited beehaw.org/c/porn@lemmynsfw.com you’d be able to view the !porn community.
Beyblade while shitting with the homies sounds like a vibe.
Yea true. Damn its all so disheartening, hyper-capitalism can really fuck things over from time to time.
Maybe a game like terraria? It’s a native linux game and hella fun!
Or if you want a more chill game maybe something like Gris? It has a gold rating on ProtonDB so should work fine. Gives u the feels too which is a bonus.
how does this even happen?
Took them a while but I can finally have epic chase battles with the police after committing accidental vehicular manslaughter.
True but I guess they have to do it this time if they don’t want reddit to be full of spam.
Bring a friend!
Holy shit over 2.5 billion combined subscribers. I’ve also been seeing quite a few people deleting their accounts, myself included.
Didn’t Reddit say they would be creating their own mod tools?
Because they know that ultimately the layuser will stay on reddit. Super sad to see, but maybe if subreddits like r/movies stay dark indefinitely it may push them to make at least some changes to their current stance.
If not and they just swap moderators, the outcry might be pretty bad.
If we can make our own patches to lemmy we could supply a nsfl tag which could be distinctly different to the nsfw tag in that it:
I always felt like reddit should have added a separate nsfl toggle as it’s in a whole other ballpark, maybe lemmy could implement it?
That’s what we’re trying to do lmfao
100% agree. People nowadays are used to easier applications to navigate, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Not everyone has the time or patience to wrap their head around what’s usually quite a dense look.
Hah. It’s probably gonna be worse here.
I mean Lemmy itself is simply a program/network that connects to other pieces of itself. lemmy.ml is different to lemmy.world for example, even though they might feel or seem like one thing.
