Monster Hunter Rise, Underhero, and I just bought Halo MCC for my first ever Halo playthrough.

Garuda Linux on my laptop, because I need a system that can play my absurd steam library, emulate like a champ, compile a wide variety of things easily, and support an array of random other tasks like media dumping and ham radio programming. It’s treated me well thus far.

Not particularly, no.

Honestly lately I’ve been playing steam games, but I feel a retro kick coming on soon. It’s hard to know what’ll catch my attention before it happens though. :P

I’m an admin for RetroAchievements, so I interact with emulation quite a bit even outside my “me” time. Very few limits on what I’ll play for a while, but it all happens on the steam deck these days. I shared my ROM drive with my deck over the network, so I don’t have to burn extra drive space for it.

• Bash and Lua, though I’m a bit out of practice with Lua.
• Both for different tasks. Bash is great for just getting shit done, Lua for when I need a bit more finesse than Bash can manage.
• I’m open-minded. Definitely want to learn Python since it’s so popular (and thus I could fix broken python scripts once I understand it), but I’m up for most things really. Just need a good usecase so I don’t get bored and drop whatever I try to pick up.

Deep Rock Galactic. A bit of friendly comraderie from a solid community, a bit of mindless bug nuking, variable difficulty depending on your mood, and no real downsides.
