I thought they meant to use “genre,” which makes more sense because who calls a type of meme a “genus?”
I hope you meant “much like with foreign people” and don’t actually mean to say that foreign people don’t pursue understanding and instead lash out.
It’s interesting that Wikipedia says it’s pronounced " S-Q-L" but was historically pronounced “sequel.”
Also interesting, MySQL says on their site:
The official way to pronounce “MySQL” is “My Ess Que Ell” (not “my sequel”), but we do not mind if you pronounce it as “my sequel” or in some other localized way.
Lastly, for those curious, PostgreSQL says on their site:
PostgreSQL is pronounced Post-Gres-Q-L.
If anything, being very strict about food intake usually leads to unhealthy eating behavior, at least according to every person I know who has issues with food in either direction. Including myself.
Bastion has a slew of great soundtracks and environments, and I found the story very impactful. Highly recommend trying the game if you can!
Fair enough, my sentiment was towards liberal arts schools in general. Transylvania University is quite a name.
No no no, you don’t understand! Liberal Arts colleges are infested with leftist agents and propaganda, and one could never gain anything of value studying there!
Unless, of course, you’re a conservative man who studied economics there; then, your education makes you knowledgable and impressive. Of course, of course…
IEEE is in shambles right now!
Ordered a pair of Moondrop Chu IEMs, mostly for the eartips that come with them. Pair was defective, so I contacted the seller and demonstrated that one ear doesn’t work. Got a full refund without return, ordered a new pair, and ended up with two sets of those eartips.
I gave away the second pair equipped with generic eartips to a friend who recently broke his earbuds. I also snipped the dead earbud, heatshrunk the wires, and I use the single earbud for when I’m washing the dishes or doing the laundry. Very nice outcome for me!
Yeah it’s Moo Wan, Moo Deng’s sister.
Also, Moo Deng means bouncy pork (a type of meatball) and Moo Wan means sweet pork… adorable names
Redout 1 and 2 are great fun if I’m in the mood for lap times, but I hate racing against the NPCs.
My level 1 Elden Ring run. I’m up to Morgott, and I really should run around to grab more talismans, weapon upgrades, etc. I just don’t have the patience to do so.
Been throwing myself at the wall and fighting him, but the best I’ve managed is getting him to 33% health. I’m enjoying it, but it’s not something I can stick to for more than one session a week… getting 1-shot gets pretty frustrating.
And here I am, still procrastinating on my transition to Colemak/Dvorak.
I thought this was a Nutty Putty Cave incident reference.
Midjourney skills
I think that’s an oxymoron…
Ctrl+Win+V doesn’t do anything for me. The best part about Eartrumpet for me is that you can manage all audio outputs on your system individually. Since I use a virtual mixer, this makes it easy to adjust everything without being to open the mixer, as well as making sure each program is outputting audio to the right place.
+1 for EarTrumpet
It’s probably the most useful program I have on my Win10 machine.
From what I remember, it’s not too uncommon across most birds. Sometimes, when you see a curled foot, it’s simply because a bird got in a fight or landed wrong and hurt their foot. It also happens when birds are raised in improper spaces with hard flat flooring.
Imagine growing up and remembering the one time Uncle Derrick took pictures with you and then took your family out to a nice dinner.
And then you realize they were just using your likeness to push restrictions of reproductive rights.
