Currently, I don’t see a way to create a community on the sh.itjust.works instance. Perhaps contact one of the mods?
Or, if you have an account on another Lemmy instance that allows community creation, you could create one there.

+1 for Niagara. It smoothly combines simplicity of layout with under the hood features such as popup folders that can hold apps / shortcuts / widgets, and notifications that display next to the associated app.
Vivaldi, for sync between desktop and mobile, blocking ads and trackers, notes feature, and interface customization.
Another “tip”… If your fingertip is dry, lightly moisten it, then try the sensor again.
My 7a fingerprint sensor with a Spigen glass screen protecter works fine about 95% of the time. When it doesn’t, quick lick of the fingertip and that usually does the trick.
For customizability, I currently use AnySoftKeyboard, and also like Florisboard (although waiting on next word suggestion).
I also like Florisboard for the customizability. Hoping it gets next word suggestion features soon.
Agreed… This sh.it is the way!
Yep, Connect has a lot of visual customizations (like our dear departed Joey) that I enjoy in an app. Liftoff is also quite good.
Connect for Lemmy works well on my tablet (Lenovo P11 Pro). I like the settings options for Font size and Theming to customize the look.
A sad day indeed… Joey was exceptional for its customization features, and I look forward to supporting the developer in any future projects.
I was fortunate to get the Pixel Buds A-Series for free when I purchased a Pixel 7a phone (and that was a nice bonus). They are the first ear buds I have gotten, so I can’t give comparison feedback with other buds.
The in-ear fit for me is very good, and the wings provide a secure fit during activity. Sound quality is generally good, and the bass and volume EQ settings increase the depth of sound. I turned off the Adaptive Sound feature, as it was more annoying then helpful when it automatically increased the volume in noisy environments. There is no volume control on the buds, so you need to manage that on your connected device.
Yes, thanks!
JINA also shows usage info for apps that were not installed from the Play Store (for example, from F-Droid, GitHub, etc.).
I use the JINA Drawer App Organizer app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobeedom.android.jinaFS) and sort on Less Used apps to identify potential apps for removal.
There is a Lemmy Account Settings Instance Migrator tool:
Thanks @esty@lemmy.ca ! The export worked well (ran LASIM on Windows), and the JSON file contains my followed communities and profile settings. Wish I had this prior to the Vlemmy outage 🤕
Yeah, unfortunately that egotistic extreme response is prevalent and encouraged in current affairs.
