  • Wtf are they doing.

The Fitbit paywall is bullshit too. I don’t miss it at all with my pw1.

I have the first Google home with the screen. The second generation with sleep tracking looked nice but you need a monthly subscription… For using the damn sensor that you bought.

For the watches, it’s a shame that Google doesn’t seem to do anything to improve the amount of apps. There’s almost no apps for wearos. Maybe they could bribe some popular apps for a wearos version. Maybe try to create a momentum.

I like having a smart watch but it’s basically just for notifications, “fitness”, the weather and seeing my next calendar event.

  • Are non-surgical treatments still permanent? Like if you grow up using hormones or whatever and you end up with a different body later, it might be a bit similar to surgery.

As someone who doesn’t know shit, I find permanent stuff scary. I wear contact lenses because I can’t commit to buy a pair of glasses and I’m afraid to regret it.

But I heard that the rate of people regretting transition surgery or whatever it’s called, is pretty low. I don’t know if it’s true and if it’s only for adults, but I really hope it is true.

If so, maybe it’s fine that minors have the surgeries. I would think that there is a serious process with professionals and shit and they make sure, as best they can, than the person is not going to regret later.

  • I didn’t know there was an update a couple of days ago.

It’s a bit weird that ltt published their own summary of the independent investigation. If they don’t publish the real report, can’t they just make shit up?

Maybe there’s law for this or something and the report is not just privileged between the firm and their client. Or maybe Madison has access to it since they are involved. 🤷‍♂️.

I wonder if there will be a response from Madison. Hard to tell. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence so I have no idea if the claims were true or not. And the “threat” to sue them isn’t that great for Madison. Or anyone who might consider speaking against that company in the future.
