I recall reading a while back that they’re planning a massive overhaul with web manifest v3 and that would enable wider add-on support.

You’re doing perfectly!
You’re awesome. Thank you
You know what, Peertube needs the equivalent of an acquisition and the perfect candidates would be, and I’m on record saying this before, DailyMotion and Vimeo. They’ve already got content and by implementing activitiypub integration, they can grow their audiences and compete with YouTube for once and for all.
But yeah, for me. I haven’t even found a video to watch let alone comment. That said, my YouTube is generally me watching album reactions, music videos, Hot Ones, Adam Something and Beard Meats Food.
It was a Twitter thread when he started refusing to pay, so pretty old now.
I’m still waiting for a really good Peertube instance.
I remember there was a thread that explained it. But basically it was because you can write it off if you don’t pay and you’re not liable. He’s basically downsizing. It’s like how rich people don’t pay taxes but normal people have to.
QWERTY should’ve been retired with the typewriter. It makes zero logical sense to use on touch screen let alone remote. Familiarity isn’t a good enough reason.
On beehaw, it’s saved as NEW
It’s on by default in jerboa
Thank you, will keep an eye on it.
So doesn’t that mean that beehaw isn’t acting as a federated instance of lemmy but rather a walled garden?
I guess my second question is, is it possible to migrate to another instance in the same way you can do on mastodon?
So in that case, shouldn’t the branch reflect that? It looks as though they’re different projects.
