• I’ve heard that about Mosins as well, with the sole proof being a single photo of an irregular holding a sniper Mosin, which is of course still a perfectly valid weapon to use even in 202x

        I’ve also seen this claim made baselessly about T-34s, as if Russia somehow has any functional combat ready T-34s left since 1960

        I had a…person I knew, tell me in the summer of 2022 how he was now allowed to be racist against all russians and solemnly stating how russians only know how to do mass assaults with all the men and it didnt work for them this time just like it didnt work during the winter war. He was an insufferable redditor so I’m sure he thinks that the ukrainean casualty numbers for russians are accurate
