Beautifully well down Epic. This is what should be allowed for discontinued games so community that loves them can still enjoy them.
Brilliant resource! Thank you for sharing it.
I think gaming is too mainstream like television/movie viewers to lump it into some type of niche group/activity these days. Especially with the increased communication and connectivity that the internet provides that brings all sorts of wanted and unwanted people together.
I’m someone who enjoys gaming, and when I play games like The Finals these days I disable chat/voice because most people are assholes. Game previously didn’t have chat and enabling that turned it from what felt like a wholesome community because I wasn’t exposed to their thoughts to it breaking the illusion when they were able to express themselves.
I think this is more a more broad societal issue and a worrying one of being shown what people truly think. Even a minority is a huge amount when the population is billions, so a lot of damage can be done. Games is just another avenue they choose to be toxic in along side other vehicles provided to communicate their thoughts.
If history is repeated isn’t it more likely that it results in a one party nation that isn’t taken down unless a foreign country intervenes militarily?
These type of movements seem to lean towards one that as reflective of what the people of the country want with the initial stages more downplaying people’s worst criticisms until power is successfully seized from all corners of that country’s government.
Dictatorships seem to hit the first stage through votes, so by the time that happens it usually means a majority are in favor of such a transition of power.
Don’t think there is a way of changing it unless population that ushered it in changes.
Thankfully modders have made good progress of coming closer to emulating servers for it so people can play it offline.
Bad part is Ubisoft actually removed The Crew from some people’s Ubisoft account. Steam versions were safe ironically to be able to download the game to make use of it when Crew community made fix is out.
Crypto first came for GPUs then AI came for GPUs. And now tariffs are coming after everything. I don’t like these sequels.
It’s why I bought Apple stocks long before I bought any Apple products. I had faith in Apple consumers.
Suckers.
They want cheap labor. It’s not worth it if it costs more.
Yeah, countries will prioritize self preservation and will gladly let even their allies get destroyed to survive. Can’t trust anyone but themselves. Everyone else is just posturing when it is convenient for them.
I think nuclear deterant is the only thing that has a chance of working for countries that aren’t military super powers, and even military super powers have them for a reason. And a country having to rely on benevolence of other countries leaves too many things to chance for nations that wish to be sovereign.
Batman: The Animated Series
Do body squats every ad break.
Which one is it.
Excuse me. Some of us do buy Apple products. And there’s nothing that comes close to the bargain price of the base model, so we laugh at it while buying it too.
I guess I’ll be the exception as someone who does have a macmini because it is the best priced mini pc that can’t be beat, and will likely get the base model for this too for the same reason.
But I still would prefer a power button in the front.
Damn shame those who shun the source material are given these projects.
I have Amazon prime but I didn’t get it for streaming and rarely use it. But, I did recently use it to watch Vox Machina on browser with Ublock Origin so the stupid ads wouldn’t play.
