I watched the old series and the new one (new ones?) were certainly weighing on my mind as I remember I used to adore the anime. I might just watch the new one soon to be honest.
They actually explain a lot of the original story. If you liked the old ones I’d watch the Gou and Sotsu from 2020-21. I think the last season actually translates to Graduation or something. Hopefully that’s not too much of a spoiler.
