The phrase “most non-horse-girl humans can…” is sending me

“well that’s not realistic anaddomy :(” bro it’s a cartoon. there’s this one called evangelion where giant fucking monsters come down from space and these kids have to get in 400 foot tall robots to fight them. that’s not realistic either. who cares. shut up
the point of it isn’t “oh wow this isn’t ridiculous” they’re just having a nice time. this came from a fan of the show
currently batting at 0/2 on the reading comprehension today
I don’t think this weird nerd is actually complaining. I think they’re basically saying “humans can’t kick out behind themselves, horses can, these human-shaped horse girls can too, isn’t that weird/neat?”
Repeat to yourself it’s just a show I should really just relax

Hamon training can accomplish great feats.
Artist: “this seems about right, God it’s getting late, next key-frame”
non horse girl
You mean a centaur woman?
Unfortunately not. It’s pretty weird, even for an anime
DND people I know totally do analysis like this
This is normally achievable in ballet, but I’m sure there’s an extensive discussion somewhere about the political economy of ballet in a world with horse girls
(Of course horses don’t kick at an 80 degree angle either but I don’t think that’s the point)
I was so confused by why leg angle was something this person had chosen to focus on, and then I read it was about horse girls and somehow it made sense.
Her leg is turned outward too, a side kick like this is pretty easily achievable in karate or whatever.

relax, this is just someone having fun with horse biology. they aren’t trying to make some broader statement or anything
